• The Ductings are manufactured from Non-Porous, Water-proof, Reinforced material made from Nylon Polyester Fabric Coated with PVC on both sides. The Tensile and Tear Strength shall be as per users specification.
• The Ducting will be provided with 150/75/50mm pitch Spiral Spring Steel Wire reinforcement (wire diameter as per user specification) held in position with the help of welded PVC Extruded Section on the outer 10 Mtrs. +/- 10% complete
  with hooks for hanging and suitable Leak Proof Couplings. This can be used both for EXHAUST & BLOWING APPLICATION.

Blower Ducting

• The Ductings are manufactured from Non-Porous, Waterproof, Reinforced material made from Nylon Polyester Fabric Coated with PVC on both sides. The Tensile and Tear Strength shall be as per users specification.
• This Ducting can be provided with CONTINUOUS SUSPENSION I COAT HANGER SUSPENSION / SINGLE POINT SUSPENSION in lengths up to 25/50/100 Mtrs. +/- 1O% complete with Hooks for hanging and suitable Leak Proof Couplings. This can be used only for FORCING/BLOWER APPLICATION. Light Weight Blower Ducting can also be manufactured with wire reinforcement for various Industrial Applications.lti stage fans.

Standard Features of “Rhino” PVC Semirigid & Blower Ducting

• The Ducting can be manufactured in any diameter from
  200mm to 3000mm dia. and all fabric Joints are vulcanized
  40mm wide by special welding process.
• We also manufacture ducting which is FLAME
  RESISTANT, ANTISTATIC for use in COAL MINES &
  Hazardous areas.
• Not affected by Mine Water, Dust or Humidity and can
  be used again and again.
• Material used are constantly monitored for Tensile &
  Tear Strengths. Finished ductings undergo Pressure and
  Leakage tests before despatch.
• Reducers, “T” or “Y” Pieces available as per customer’s specification.
• Pressure Chart for both negative & positive pressure in Kpa is available on request.
• Complete Overhead Wire Rope Assembly with Turn
  Buckle, Clamps, Bracket etc., is also available which is
  recommended for straight installation and free lateral
  movement of ducting.
• Special Heavy Duty Steel Suspension Hooks are
  provided for easy installation from Overhead Wire
  Rope.

Special Features of “Rhino” PVC Semirigid & Blower Ducting

• The Ducting is Manufactured from 3.2Mtr. wide, Non
  porous,Waterproof, Reinforced materials made from
  Polyester Fabric with PVC on both sides. The Tensile and
  Tear Strength shall be as per users specification. The Main
  Advantage of this Ducting is that there shall be NO
  JOINTS. Only one overlap for Ducting Dia. 600, 900 &
  1000 & Two Joints & One Overlap for Dia. 1100, 1200,
  1400, 1600 & 2000 is provided. Multiple Joints give rise to
  the following adverse effects:
  1. A) Resistance towards Flow of Air, causing more consumption of Electricity.
  2. B) Possibility of Joints coming a part causing leakage.
  3. C) Circular Shape of Ducting gets distorted.
• The Ducting Material is manufactured by Coating
  VIRGIN PVC on Polyester Fabric and is distinguished by
  the relatively LOW WEIGHT with HIGH STRENGTH
  Values which results in a Very Pliable and Easy to Handle
  which means that the PVC Compound consists of 100%
  new PVC without any material filling or reused PVC Scrap.
  Since Virgin PVC compound is used, lighter coating is
  possible and the lower weight is achieved.
• The company provides PVC coupling Bands consisting
  of Wire Rope and Tightening Bolt as standard coupling
  arrangement. We can also provide Metal Coupling Band,
  VELCRO/ZIP Zoints

Elliptical Ducting

• “This ducting is used in Tunnels with Low Cross Sectional Area where it can be accommodated due to it’s unique feature.”
• This Elliptical PVC Ducting shall be made from the FR material manufactured from Non Porous, Water proof, Reinforced made from Heavy Quality Polyester Fabric having PVC on both sides.
• This ducting having two Wires inside the duct with certain distance to maintain the Height & Width of the ducting. This Elliptical Duct can be used for only BLOWER Application and will be supplied in lengths of 25/30/50/100 Mtrs. +/- 10% complete with Special Heavy Duty Extra strong 100mm wide Leak Proof VELCRO Joints with continuous Double Suspension Strip and Hooks for hanging. The withstand temperature of this duct shall be –20 to +70 Deg.C. Color: Yellow/White.
