PVC Hose

  • 38 mm to 1000 mm dia. in 4 to 10 Mtrs. Lengths
  • Withstand Temperature : -20°C to + 60°C.
  • These have a smooth inside diameter as well as strength and durability. These are light weight and designed for maximum air flow and can be used with wide range of Blowers, Portable Evacuaters, Fans, Printing Machines and Dryer Machines for both Positive and Negative Pressure. Fire Resistant and Antistatic Quality Hoses are also available. These are FR & Weather Resistant Hoses. Film thickness: 0.4mm

  • TYPE-PFFH : Flexible PVC Hose made with continuous Spring Steel Wire reinforcement Helix between Polyester Fabric Coated with PVC on both sides.
  • Color: Blue, Black, Yellow & Grey.
  • TYPE- PSRH : Semi rigid PVC Hose made with continuous Spring Steel Wire reinforcement helix on the outer periphery of the hose covered by PVC/ Extruded Wear Strip.
  • Color: Blue, Black, Yellow & Grey.

Polyurethane Hose

  • Withstand Temperature : -20°C to + 90°C.
  • Available from 38 mm to 600 mm dia. in 4 to 10 Mtr. Lengths made with continuous PVC Coated Steel Wire / PVC Wire / Spring Steel Wire reinforcement Helix between PU film overlap. Crystal clear glass like appearance for visual product control. No adhesive or hot melt used in construction, no plasticisers. Good chemical resistance, including certain oils.Superb tear strength. These are durable, light weight and designed for maximum air flow. Wall thickness 0.5mm to 1mm. ANTISTATIC PU Hoses also manufacture from 32mm. Dia.
  • APPLICATION : Excellent choice for a wide range of applications, including Exhaust, Blowing Ventilation Fume Removal, Wooden / Plastic Particles [Dust], and Highly Abrasive Particles, Toxic Liquids & All pressure application.

Silicone Hose

  • 38 mm to 300 mm dia in 4 to 6 Mtrs. Lengths + / – 2%
  • Withstand Temperature : -50°C to +310°C.
  • Construction : Two/Three Ply Silicone Hose made from Silicon Coated Glass Fibre Fabric, with an embedded Steel Wire helix, outer twin Glass Cord.
  • Application : Aircraft; Aerospace, Vehicle and Engine Production, Car heating and Hot Dust extraction & designed for Hot & Cold Air / Fume application of both Positive and Negative Pressures.

Neoprene Hose

  • 38mm to 300mm dia in 4 to 6 Mtrs. Lengths +/- 2%.
  • Withstand Temperature : -50°C to +150°C.
  • Construction : Two/Three Ply Neoprene Hose made from Neoprene Coated Glass Fibre Fabric, with an embedded steel wire helix, outer twin glass cord.
  • Application : Vehicle and Engine production, Aircraft Industry, Ship building, Air Condition, Air, Gas, Fumes & Dust.

Santoprene Hose

  • 32mm to 600mm dia in 10 to 15 Mtrs. Lengths +/- 2%.
  • Withstand Temperature : -40°C to +130°C. Colour : Black.
  • SANTOPRENE Hose made with continuous Spring Steel Wire/PVC .Extruder Reinforcement Helix between Thermo Plastic Rubber is abrasion resistant, holds up extremely well against damage by Weather, Oils & Ozone. No solvents are used in the construction of this product. Santoprene Hose produced by a process that assures a very smooth inside diameter as well as strength and durability.

High Temperature Spark Hose

  • 38mm to 300mm dia in 4 to 6 Mtrs. Lengths +/- 2%.
  • Withstand Temperature : -50°C to +150°C.
  • Construction : rom Spark proof Fibreglass Fabric Hose made from One Ply Neoprene Hose with an embedded steel wire helix.
  • Application : Ship building, Air Condition, Vehicle and Engine Production and designed for hot/cold air/fume/dust application of both Positive and Negative Presures and resistant to Sparks.

High Temperature Fabric Hose

  • 100mm to 600mm dia in 5 Mrs. Lengths.
  • Withstand Temperature : -50°C to + 400/500/800 & 900°C. FABRIC Thickness: 0.7mm.
  • HIGH TEMPERATURE FABRIC Flexible Hose spirally reinforced with Spring Steel Wire sandwiched between two layers of high temperature fabric with continuous stitching/Clip wire outside suitable from 400 to 9000C suitable for suction of Engine Exhaust Gas, Air Craft Construction, Military Construction, Blast Furnace Exhaust and Engine Test.
  • Wire diameter and pitch [wire to wire] will be vary according to diameter of the hose. We also manufacture hoses as per users sample and specification.
  • Less storage space required due to excellent compression.

Silicone Clip Hose

  • 100mm to 600mm dia in 5 Mrs. Lengths.
  • Withstand Temperature : -20°C to + 250°C.
  • Silicone Spiral Hose made from one side coated Silicone Fibreglass Fabric Hose with Clipwire outside in 40mm distance. These are light weight and designed for maximum air flow and can be used with wide range of Blowers, Portable Evacuters, Fans, Fumes extraction etc., These hose can be used for both Exhaust as well as Blower application. Piece Length: 4 to 5 Mtrs. Color: Brick Red. Film Thickness: 0.4mm

Toilet Cart Dump Hose

  • 75mm to 300mm dia in 4 to 15 Mtrs. Lengths.
  • Withstand Temperature : -20°C to + 70°C.

Aviation Duct Hoses

  • 152mm to 600mm dia in 4 to 15 Mtrs. Lengths.
  • Withstand Temperature : -20°C to +70°C.
  • SINGLE / TRIPLE LAYER FR quality PVC Aviation Duct Hose with continuous Black/Red wear strip reinforced with SS Helix outside of the hose suitable for Blower Application. These have a smooth inside diameter as well as strength and durability.   • Our Insulated Spiral hose shall be made from three layers i.e. between the two pvc fabric layers there is a insulation with 2mm Felt.
