Dimensions

  • The dimensions of the EOL Ventsystem can be adjusted to fit your specific needs. Our normal range is between 0500 to 01800 mm with variable hub diameters and motor sizes up to 200 kW per stage. All fans can be delivered as
  • Our fans are constructed from a modern module system based on pressure and volume demand. The standard capacity is up to 105 m3/s and 4200 Pa per stage. multi stage fans.

Performance

  • The EOL Ventsystem is a very high-performance ventilation system for all possible Mining and Tunnelling situations. Our fans go through extensive testing according to several ISO standards, in the state-of-the-art laboratories at Akron, who has one of the largest pressure chambers in Europe.

  • Inlet cone - Inlet diameter and length as per customer request.
  • Guard - Guard with different size of mesh for different applications.
  • EVS Fans - High efficiency impeller with adjustable pitch angle. Fan casing is galvanized and has a sturdy construction with guide vanes specially designed for underground use, 1 or 2 speed motors.
  • EVS Silencer - Modern designed silencer with or without centre pod. The silencer is galvanized and has a welded frame between the flanges making it a very rugged construction.
  • EVS Damper -Aerodynamic, galvanized damper which may work as a non return damper or as a control damper, it is designed for minimal leakage in closed position and minimal resistance fully open. As a control damper it is fitted with gas-springs, adjustable for required opening pressure. The damper may be equipped with air flow measuring as input for flow control.
  • Diffuser- The outlet diameter is manufactured to standard duct diameters. To reduce the fan outlet losses to a minimum, the diffuser can be equipped with an inner cone, see outline.
  • Duct connection -Manufactured to, standard tube diameters.
  • Frames -The EVS Fans and accessories can be mounted on a frame with different types of flexible mountings
  • Starting equipment and frequency converters - EVS fans may be equipped with different electrical control system to suit customer requirements.
